He aqu\u00ed unos consejos<strong> <\/strong>para afrontar la negociaci\u00f3n con el <strong>acreedor<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n1. Toma la iniciativa y haz la primera llamada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los expertos recomiendan al deudor hacer la primera llamada al acreedor tan pronto surjan problemas para hacer frente al pago de un plazo o una letra. Si el deudor toma la inciativa, ser\u00e1<strong> m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil negocia<\/strong>r unas condiciones favorables tales como una bajada de tipo de inter\u00e9s o una reducci\u00f3n en las comisiones.<br \/>\n<strong>2. No ignores tu deuda: Evita las empresas de recuperaci\u00f3n de impagados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si no has podido cumplir el punto anterior y es el acreedor el que se pone en contacto contigo, <strong>no es una buena idea ignorar sus cartas o llamadas<\/strong>. Generalmente los bancos se dan un plazo de unos meses antes de pasar una deuda al departamento de recuperaciones y a un cobrador externo. En ese caso, <strong>perderemos mucha capacidad de negociar la deuda <\/strong>y obtener unas condiciones flexibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. No mentir sobre la deuda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando una compa\u00f1\u00eda de recuperaci\u00f3n de impagados se pone en contacto con un deudor, <strong>no es recomendable mentir o negar la deuda<\/strong>, pero tampoco lo es decir a todo que s\u00ed. Lo recomendable es escuchar todo lo que el interlocutor tiene que decir y tomar buena nota de ello.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. No Acordar un calendario de pagos poco realista.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si un deudor acuerda un plan de pagos que no puede cumplir el problema puede ser mayor en unos meses. Es importante ser realista y <strong>analizar con rigor<\/strong> la situaci\u00f3n personal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. No facilitar informaci\u00f3n personal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un deudor nunca debe facilitar <strong>informaci\u00f3n personal<\/strong> de ning\u00fan tipo a una empresa de recuperaci\u00f3n de impagados: <strong>n\u00famero de cuenta<\/strong> bancaria, direci\u00f3n postal, tel\u00e9fono, datos o nombres de familiares o amigos. El deudor debe negarse a facilitar cualquier tipo de informaci\u00f3n de ese tipo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Verifica la deuda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todo deudor tiene que tomarse la molestia de verificar por sus medios <strong>la realidad y cuant\u00eda de la deuda<\/strong>, as\u00ed como pedir al acreedor que env\u00ede la documentaci\u00f3n que tenga en su poder asociada a la misma para poder comprobarla.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n7. Contrata a un abogado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si el deudor no est\u00e1 de acuerdo con la cantidad reclamada o si una empresa de recuperaciones llega al punto de amenazar con <strong>ir al juzgado a resolver el tema<\/strong>, puede ser el momento de contratar un abogado. Si se cuenta con un abogado, el acreedor contactar\u00e1 con \u00e9l directamente.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n8. Concurso de Acreedores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La declaraci\u00f3n de concurso de acreedores para un particular supondr\u00e1 <strong>paralizar todo proceso de reclamaci\u00f3n <\/strong>de deudas por parte de los acreedores.
