Los escasos pueblos que todav\u00eda hoy tienen una asociaci\u00f3n total con la naturaleza sin apenas influencias externas, demuestran que la relaci\u00f3n cazador-presa es absolutamente benigna. Es evidente que las personas adquieren y pasan por tradici\u00f3n una cantidad notable de conocimientos acerca de las plantas y\u00a0animales\u00a0de quienes dependen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos avances en medicina moderna, por ejemplo, han venido de la observaci\u00f3n de una gran variedad de culturas tribales en los usos terap\u00e9uticos de muchas plantas salvajes. De cualquier forma, es sabido que en los tiempos prehist\u00f3ricos los humanos modificaron su ambiente natural. Muchas \u00e1reas de prado por todas partes del mundo, han surgido a causa del fuego que se utilizaba en la ayuda a la caza, o simplemente para adaptar la vegetaci\u00f3n a sus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La presi\u00f3n sobre el ambiente natural de las civilizaciones urbanas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En los primeros tiempos la caza y recolecci\u00f3n silvestre contribuyeron al exterminio de algunas especies vegetales y\u00a0animales, aunque \u00e9stas parecen haber sido m\u00e1s una excepci\u00f3n que una pr\u00e1ctica habitual. En general, en su \u00e9poca m\u00e1s temprana, la humanidad vivi\u00f3 en un equilibrio estable con el ambiente natural, por ninguna otra raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s que la propia necesidad; si hubieran causado da\u00f1os serios no habr\u00edan podido sobrevivir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img title=\" \"decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/natureduca.com\/images_conserva\/conserva_evolucion.jpg\" alt=\" \"><br>A lo largo de su evoluci\u00f3n, y salvo excepciones, el hombre ha vivido en equilibrio con la naturaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La agricultura se ha practicado solo durante los \u00faltimos 10.000 &#8211; 12.000 a\u00f1os, y la civilizaci\u00f3n urbana desde los \u00faltimos 6.000. Con la vida urbana lleg\u00f3 la presi\u00f3n sobre el ambiente natural y las tierras agr\u00edcolas. En zonas asi\u00e1ticas con agricultura occidental existen evidencias muy extendidas de erosi\u00f3n de la tierra en tiempos antiguos. A la destrucci\u00f3n de la vegetaci\u00f3n y el manto cobertor, siguieron los desiertos tras el levantamiento de las primeras civilizaciones en muchas \u00e1reas del Medio Este y \u00c1frica del Norte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pr\u00e1ctica de la conservaci\u00f3n en las antiguas civilizaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Realmente, la pr\u00e1ctica de la conservaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 en las civilizaciones m\u00e1s tempranas. La religi\u00f3n ha tenido parte de protagonismo. Tab\u00faes religiosos permitieron que determinadas especies\u00a0animales\u00a0y vegetales fueran protegidas. Asimismo, las sanciones religiosas previnieron la destrucci\u00f3n de muchos bosques y monta\u00f1as sagradas. La Biblia est\u00e1 llena de referencias al uso de la tierra, y formas de gobierno de los recursos que ten\u00edan funciones de conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img title=\" \"decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/natureduca.com\/images_conserva\/conserva_muerdago.jpg\" alt=\" \"><br>El mu\u00e9rdago es un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo la religi\u00f3n contribuy\u00f3 a la preservaci\u00f3n vegetal. Esta especie era especialmente venerada por los druidas galos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El uso de fertilizante org\u00e1nico para mantener la fertilidad de la tierra, se halla entre la pr\u00e1ctica de muchos pueblos primitivos, y ha tenido una larga historia en la agricultura occidental. Civilizaciones tales como los Inca o los Phoenicians desarrollaron sofisticadas t\u00e9cnicas de sostenimiento de tierras en laderas, y de prevenci\u00f3n de la erosi\u00f3n, haciendo m\u00e1s eficaz el uso del agua para riego. Las primeras civilizaciones tambi\u00e9n mostraron evidencias de creaci\u00f3n de reservas o parques para proteger la fauna o \u00e1reas naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acumulaci\u00f3n de la experiencia humana llev\u00f3 a un incremento leg\u00edtimo en la pr\u00e1ctica de los usos de la tierra.
